Commercial Development
The Keowee River Community is going to have 4 primary commercial projects. The first is related to tourism. This will involve the development of a hotel, marina, cabins, and water activity center. The second will involve traditional retail. This will involve the development of restaurants and services such as dry cleaners, veterinarians, child care, and coffee shops. The third is related to medical services. This will involve the development of a medical services complex offering medical services such as primary care, dental, vision, audiology, and physical therapy. The fourth is related to residential. This will involve the development of an apartment complex, assisted living complex, and condominium building.
